For the purpose of this Agreement, a student is an individual who is enrolled at a recognized tertiary educational institution (university or college) that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two years of full-time study, and upon request by Licensor is able to provide proof of such enrollment. (b) "Licensee" means a student or an instructor.
